Wonderful Place, The best Staff! Very Kind and helpful
Ho man these guys are awesome!!! Everybody in the hospital took care of my wife and baby as they are on their first day of work.. very loving, caring and enthusiastic people!!!
The new and still updating ER looks beautiful but does not improve the quality of care one drop. Last year took 3 ER visits in one week to diagnose the FLU for my child and this week now took 2 ER visits to diagnose appendicitis. And the staff checking you in is usually less than pleasant or compassionate for an unwell child. The new waiting room offers no privacy when checking in, you are triaged at the front desk. One of the best hospital. They make you feel so comfortable. Very quick services. The staff and doctors are so nice and polite. The parking attendant are great, they very helpful.
If at all possible go to another Hospital!!! Always a bad experience with both of my parents

From registration, to the lady who pushed me out to my moms car in a wheelchair, everyone was wonderful! No one wants to have surgery, but I highly recommend Norwalk Hospital if they need to.
