Had the worst experience with security...they are rude and think they can boss people around...wrong...on top of my sister being in the worst pain ever and Norwalk hospital giving her a bad IV doesn't surprise me one bit...the service has gone down tremendously smh
Came to NH for surgery. From registration to the surgery to the recovery to my stay at 7east has been nothing short of outstanding. The level of personnel including receptionists, volunteers, nurses and doctors all made this procedure as comfortable as could be. Special shout out to all the nurses on 7east. All go out of their way to make sure your recovery is one that is as comfortable and painless as possible. Within the last year I have had a total of three stays on 7east. Would not want to be anywhere else for recovery.
Worst emergency room experience ever. Clearly over worked staff whom wanted nothing to do with patience who weren't easy to treat. Just pushed drugs on my wife, misunderstand her when she refused narcotics that she wanted them. Judged her. Then pushed her out while her blood pressure was elevated because they kept hurting her. I've had reoccurring bouts of pancreatitis, and the entire GI department, as well as the ER nurses, and floor nurses are fantastic!! Everything is impeccably clean, and everyone from the registration attendants to the transports are nothing but professional and kind. Thank you everyone at Norwalk Hospital-you are truly appreciated!!!
MRI performed here clearly proved that this hospital has no procedures in place for accurate and timely results. If you call customer service to raise concerns may as well hang up. The make excuses for the hospital and acknowledge mistakes but take zero accountability. If you escalate to the president of company Mike Daiglio his secretary screens calls and will be inconsiderate, rude and eventually stop listen and give you the dial tone. The secretary folks is the highest escalation point. It's a joke. Rather use witch craft... read more
I'd rather die on the way to Stamford hospital then be treated poorly at Norwalk Hospital.
