Probably the worst GP service I have ever seen They dont bother picking up the phone anymore,they promise to call back ,today I was told the 2nd time I am 3rd in the queue so I opted for a call back. They never called back at all. They try to flog u off with a 5 minute phone appointment. Totally unacceptable!!!

The staff here are always friendly and helpful with me couldnt fault them.thank you ladies. I'm a big fan of dr bhalroo.since seeing this wonderful lady for my knee that I've been suffering for many years,she has got the ball rolling for more tests. She compassionate and very caring. I can't thank her enough.
The doctor called much earlier than the appointment was scheduled. Although the call was scheduled by me following the surgery's request. The doctor asked me about the purpose of the call and how he could help me today. I guessed the requested appointment was to update me on a recent blood test for diabetes, and the doctor duly advised be of a series of Hb1ac results with only minor variation over time. So the call was useful but I'm left unsure whether the surgery has any other information regarding my health. THANKYOU
