Living out of town but wanted to send a friend living in Birmingham flowers, I called another Birmingham friend who highly recommended Norton's Florist. Exceptional from the person taking my order on the phone (yes, I'm one of those) to hearing from my friend how beautiful were the flowering orchid and ferns and container. I found out late on a Friday night about funeral arrangements. I looked up Norton's website and saw same day delivery and I ordered . It was delivered in such a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for your flower needs.
Norton’s is always super fast and always on time! Have used several times.
We had special instructions for delivery and they followed them to the letter! Flowers looked beautiful and smelled wonderful. I had quit buying flowers on line due to never being satisfied from other places in the past. They have now won over a new customer! Thank you for doing everything you said - and more!!
Ordered from Florida based on my memories of who were my favorite florists when I lived in B'ham. Certainly did not disappoint. Took good care of me while ordering, followed my directions to a TEE and made a tough business delivery with accuracy in a timely fashion. Still one of the BEST!
