Parking: horrible. Everything is under construction. Getting into the hospital: horrible. Very confusing how to get in. ER wait: long. Expect to be there a long time, see several people without any treatment before you even see someone who can actually do anything. Treated my mother-in-law very poorly.
I went to ER yesterday with my mom. From the registration desk to room( as a whole) I feel very easy with the staff of Emergency department. They are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place as a best place.
Some of the staff is just plan rude! I understand nurses are under a law t of pressure, but do not take it out on the people needing your help.

From Tonya: I am an RN but this was my first interaction with this hospital. I entered via the ER went to the OR then to 3107 and lastly to 6125. I also had a PICC line inserted. The staff are skilled professionals and they communicate they care in everything they do. I could not be happier with my experience. Healthcare is a demanding difficult career but each member of Audubon made it appear effortless. Thank you to everyone involved in my care!!
