Audubon is a way better hospital then Norton's even though my father passed away there many years ago.They have by far exceeded my expectations
My sister has been in and out this hospital since Nov. 2016 for diabetic complications with her feet. She is currently in for an amputation. Her complaint was with meals. She'd place her order, the wrong food was brought. Took 2 hours to replace it and it was identical to the fod she sent back. When she told this to the employee he got an attitude with her. Not something an ill person needs to deal with. Hes lucky I didn't visit thst day or he and I would have had words.
I took my father there. It was long, smelly and the emergency room was a mess. The door was falling off of the hinges in his room and it didn't appear that clean either. They even lost my fathers papers...They need to strip and clean those floors and start all over again.
I was diagnosed with cancer almost 3 years ago, I've been going to Audubon every 3 month for CT scans, follow up care and now go every 6 months now for the next two years. The staff here has always been very helpful, answer all my questions no matter how many times I ask them. I'm very thankful for all there help and there time they give. From me to all of you let me say, Thank You.
They need more nurses and Dr in the emergency department!
