Staff was great except for the person who was my daughter’s provider. Pediatrician wasn’t available and she needed to go due to a cough so bad she was gagging, choking and had a difficult time catching her breath sometimes and she was given ZYRTEC. I begged for a nebulizer treatment at the very least and she refused. Refused anything for a cough and refused steroids. I wasted my time and my money.

They need to be better organized in the ER. I had a nurse who had no idea how to draw blood try to take blood and insert an iv. She was incapable. She couldn’t even find her own equipment. The check in girl was too busy looking at her phone to listen to what I had to say. The triage nurse was too busy talking to her coworker to properly triage me. Go to any ER that is not this one. Now I remember why I avoid this place.
