The wait for a room was bad but the staff was very nice to deal with.

I went in the early morning hours on 4/3/17. I was taken back within 20 minutes of arriving. I was put into a exam room. After speaking with the nurse practitioner I was moved to a regular room and within 60 minutes my procedure was started. All the staff were nice and very helpful.

The hospital itself and 98% of its staff was delightful. 2% were 2 rude little winches who when I out of politeness asked if they worked there so I could get info, they rudely looked at me at said no. Granted it wasnt an urgent question but it could have been.

Had surgery they told me to be there at 6am but did not call me till 7:20am it was a wait still didn't do surgery till 8:30

This was my first experience at this hospital, normally go to Norton Brownsboro, but my mother had to have foot surgery there. From the moment we got to the registration desk to the moment we left everyone was just awesome!! Got lost a couple of times & whoever I asked for help went out of their way to get me to my destination!! I wish I would have written down the names of everyone met yesterday. Cannot say enough good things about all of them!!
