Worse hospital ever.. even the staff in the ER are very rude.
I had surgery at Audubon 04/12/17 and had excellent care. Kim and Paul were two nurses that took care of me and they were the best
After two hours in the waiting room lastnight, I was relieved for them to call my name, only to get blood drawn, a urine sample took and sent back to waiting room for another hour. When they did finally call me back it was to put me in a bed in the hallway. I had to ask for a blanket n pillow. I received a blanket but no pillow. I finally got pain meds right before my ct scan and xray.. But had to ask what it was that they were putting in my IV. They were not professional at all. My mother was treated in ER. Vascular was called back in after clocking out for the day. He was excellent! Dr. Forrest in ER was great! RN was really good! Thanks
I spent the night in the Sleep Lab at Norton Audubon on Wednesday night. Other than wearing multi wires it was a pleasant surprise to have such a great, knowledgeable , and nice tech named Teresa to help me feel comfortable. I have always received fantastic healthcare at this facility and would recommend it to anyone. I have always had such nice caregivers there!
I went yesterday for a Iron fusion. They are alway wonderful people to everyone. The ladies are wonderful to me and my mother.
My husband was having chest pains, nausea and vomiting. We waited 5 hours after they ran tests on my husband and they never came back with any results. We waited another few hours before we finally left and went somewhere else. They were not nice, did not check on us, and did not answer our questions.
