You sit there for hours and the dr sends you elsewhere. Smh.. 3.5 hrs wasted. Now I'm in the hospital because of them.

You could teach your receptionist to not be rude and hang up on people who are trying to schedule an appointment. All I wanted was to schedule a wellness screening, but she wanted me to spend more money to come in and be established as a new patient? That's ridiculous. I should be able to come in for 1 visit without having to pay 2 copays to get 1 screening.
Had an ER visit today. They cared more about my insurance than they did my health. The immediate care center was worried enough to send me via ambulance to Audubon to have my heat and health checked. I obviously have an illness they did not address. The pos dr on duty sent his "student to talk to me" apparently she self diagnosed it as upset tummy.... I'm 41 years old, nauseous, tight chest, dizzy and feeling terrible. I know what an upset stomach is you ignorant morons. Avoid this hospital and at all cost! long story short,... read more
