Terrible hospital/ER experience. My mom had to wait in the ER for hours before being admitted and the staff kept telling us conflicting information about her diagnosis. Norton Healthcare should be ashamed of how poor this experience was.
I love this hospital and the staff. Chronically ill, so I come when I need to and always receive excellent care by nurses and aides, as well as pt and respiratory therapists. Thank you guys for being so great, hopefully I'll go home tomorrow. ��
My family member needed emergency care for symptoms of a heart attack. EMS took him to Audubon, but bypassed the ER and took him straight to the cardiac cath lab. They evidently received instructions from an emergency care doctor. During the cardiac cath, the doctor saw how bad his condition was and sent him straight to the OR for an emergency quadruple bypass. He was in critical condition but I have no doubt that he wouldn't have survived if not for the excellent care and speedy actions of EMS and Audubon Hospital. Unfortun... read more
My first time in the hospital in a very long time,they took out my gallbladder and three stones my pancreas was inflamed so I had to get it better before they could do surgery on my gallbladder. Everyone was very nice and they took very good care of me. Not to mention I had great surgeons. And they kept. The pain medication flowing. Couldn't asked for anything better!
