Through the entire process we were repeatedly impressed with Opie's responsiveness and knowledge of the area. He continually went over and above by researching items we didn't even ask for. But It was his constant communication and updates that were the most impressive. There never was a question, call or email that he did not reply to...quickly! Thanks Opie!!!

You cannot find a better real estate agent in the Northwoods. We had been shopping for a while but it wasn't until Opie joined our team that things went into overdrive. Opie is SUPER knowledgeable about the local area, to include local lakes. We started out looking at land and with Opie the search didn't just include listings that were on the market... he would ping local land owners to see if anyone is interested in selling. He was very motivated but yet didn't put any pressure on us to buy something that we weren't completely into. Ron always kept us updated not only on showings, but there feed back which was very important to me to get, I wanted to know what people didn't like and where the house sat on the market for price. We would always get a little survey from potential buyers right after the showing. Ron would give us pointers on how to dress up the place and what to improve and what we could leave for new owner. I guess the big thing for me was the communication, and it was excellent. Would totally recommend Ron.

He has lived in the Tomahawk area, so was very knowledgeable about the real estate in the area to help us find a lot to buy to build a new home on. Then when people showed interest in the house we were selling, follow ups were done with those people. As a result, our home was sold.
