We are moving to the area from Milwaukee which made things a little more difficult. Jake was very helpful and available to us as we continued our search for our new home. I did not feel enough information was provided to us regarding the buyer credit which was to be paid by the seller. Had we a better understanding of the actual costs versus what was presented, I would have liked to negotiate further.
