Jake was easy to work with. He always gave us clear and honest answers to all the questions we had and didn't try to sugar coat anything. This was only the second house we ever bought and our first time selling and he walked us through the entire process seamlessly.

My husband and I bought a property that Deonn had told us about. We would not have probably ever even known about this property had it not been for Deonn remembering us and what we were looking for. We are from out of state and Deonn was able to accommodate us with last minute showings and also keeping us informed of new listings that she found. When i asked her questions about something she was always able to answer,call someone right away or give me a contact that could help me! When we decided on the place we wanted she helped with every step of the closing process! WE feel that she took extra care of us and we will use again and also refer people to her.

I cannot say enough good things about Deonn. She went above and beyond what even an great agent would. We bought a lake property that had some unexpected issues, but Deonn navigated us through so that we managed to close within a month of first contacting her. Jake did a great job listing, managing and selling our cabin just outside of Tomahawk! With a few minor house issues, Jake was able to assist us through the process and keep our house on the market during the unexpected repairs. He keep us updated and continued to be positive through the entire process.
