Very responsive and patient with our process of buying a home on the lake. He showed us numerous lake homes....and was very honest with us as to what he thought our family would like and enjoy. Some homes on lakes weren't a good fit for our interests and he told us so. Ultimately, he found us the place we purchased. The process was great....he always responded quickly to any questions. Local knowledge and connections with associates was great. Very pleased and very happy with the service he provided our family!

We had a great experience working with Deonn. She was very helpful in all aspects, from putting in an offer to closing on our lake property. We had many questions and she took her resources and got us our answers. It was great working with her, and would definitely call her again.

We were very thankful that we ended up working with Deonn after a disappointing start with another agency. My wife and I could not have been happier with the job Jake did for us. We wanted a property on the Nokomis chain and Jake made sure we new of listings as soon as they hit the market so we never missed an opportunity to see a property. As we do not live in the area he made himself available any time that accommodated our schedule. His knowledge of the lake and area was priceless! We know that we bought a place on good water year round. We highly recommend using Jake if you are considering buying in the north woods.
