My experience was extremely good. I was relieved of all headaches that goes with purchasing property. Ron took care of everything! He kept me informed through out the time it took to get all parties needs satisfied. I would recommend Ron and his agency to whom ever is looking to buy or sell real estate.

Opie knows the business and was a great go between us and the sellers. Realtors I've used in the past didn't know anything about home constructions And I've had to explain to them about hard wired smoke alarms and such. He also stayed on top of the bank stuff so closing went very smooth. Would definitely use him again.

Opie came over to give an estimate sales price for our home or an appraisal if and when we want to put our home on the market. He was thorough and reviewed the house and out buildings in detail and did his homework in advance by providing us with recent sales comparisons in the area. I would recommend him for sales, purchases or rentals in the area. I found him trustworthy and reliable. I have several friends who have used Opie in their purchases and/or sales and have been told he can negotiate with the best of them.
We listed a lot on Lake Alice and were kept appraised of the media where it was listed. A site was available to follow any interest in the lot and we were notified when an interested buyer was shown the property. Opie made the needed paperwork processing convenient for us and the sale went through very expediently.
