Excellent service. Becky Evans was the Northwood agent that assisted me. She was very polite and helped me with every step, from getting my house ready, right up to finding a tenant for my rental… keeping me in the loop all the way through!
Kelsey was absolutely fantastic and delivered smooth, clear and concise updates on what was a very stressful time. Fantastic at what she does.
I was visited by Ben for a routine flat inspection. He was very respectful, polite and a good communicator. He listened to my requests and questions and reported back after he had spoken to the landlord and answered all of my questions in a positive manner. All in all, very professional.
