Viewed a property for let today with Emma Reid. Unfortunately the property wasn’t what we are looking for we could not fault Emma. She was informative and professional, Really easy to talk to and friendly! Even told us about the local area and amenities which were in walking distance.

I thoroughly recomment Simon at Northwood. He is very good. He came to see my mum's house on 6th Feb, as did one other estate agent. Both recommended the same asking price, and both charged 1% - but Northwood included the EPC, and the other did not. We instructed him on February 11.
