My agent was Emma reid and this is my first time renting so I was feeling anxious on viewing the flat I am hoping to live in. After having bad experiences with several estate agents, Northwood Portsmouth came to my rescue. They have reliable and organised team. Excellent process of selecting suitable tenants, with in-house reference checks and supported check in/out operations. They also use easy to read contract and charge reasonable fees. Most importantly they do answer the phone. They have excellent communication skills via email and phone calls Highly recommended Thank you Northwood

we are under tenancy by Northwood, Courtney has been amazing In helping us with everything. we registered with multiple agencies in Portsmouth, but I can say it with confidence that Northwood is the best. They respond quick, no matter how many emails and doubts we sent in, They are quite fast responders. I would hundred percent recommend Northwood.

I used Northwood when purchasing my first home and unfortunately had a poor experience. The estate agent I dealt with came across as condescending and insensitive, which made the process quite uncomfortable. I didn’t feel confident in his honesty or approach, and his manner didn’t reflect the level of professionalism I would expect during such an important purchase. Being discouraged from getting a survey was also particularly concerning. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use Northwood again or recommend them to others.
