Helpful, friendly and honest advice. Found my go to local bike shop
Bought three bikes, my road, and two kids bikes from Northwood Cycle Depot in the past 5 years. I have also used for repair and service. Andy and the team are no fuss bike experts. They are friendly and give relevant advice, not a sales pitch. Will be popping in again to look at the next bike for my son.

Excellent service, good deals and a great curated selection of bikes .
Cracking service from Andy and his team. They had to hunt down one or two replacement parts that were obsolete from the original manufactures. Throughout they kept me informed of the progress regarding the status of the repair/service, what needed doing and when it was ready for collection. It feels like a new bike!
