I have always had good service since I moved to Northwood. Recently I have been looked after by Jade during a difficult period with one of my properties which was burgled and the tenant left suddenly leaving a great deal of work being necessary both internally and to the garden. She took control and sorted it all with a friendly professional attitude.
I have been in touch with Jade from northwood, who has helped me secure my tenancy. She accommodated all my requests and answered all my questions swiftly. The flat I moved into was well maintained and the key collection was quite smooth. They even gave me a welcome hamper, which was such a lovely gesture! Overall would recommend northwood if you're looking for your next home.
Have had a brilliant experience with Northwood. Karen helped me out massively throughout my first home purchase, helping me navigate what proved to be a really stressful experience (due to other factors not Northwood), can't recommend enough.
