They really helped me out of a tight spot with a trackday at Oulton Park and I'd love to give them five stars! Great customer service, price and delivery time. We called them just before 5pm the day before on the chance they'd have four performance tyres for my F82 M4 CS for a trackday the next morning since I shredded mine that day. They weren't in stock but got ordered and 15 hours later they were being fitted at 9am :) I would give that last 5th star if they hadn't over-tightened my wheel nuts so much that it threaded two... read more
Since using this garage I've been very impressed by their prices and excellent customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. I've usually seen Paul and found him to be genuine and completely trustworthy. Highly recommended.
I rang Paul on the off-chance he could look at my car (making a strange noise), not holding out much hope. Not only did he fit me in and diagnose the issue within 2 hours, it was fixed and ready to collect another 2 hours later. Outstanding customer service and I will return for all future repairs, MoTs and services.
I was booked in for a slow puncture diagnosis/repair at Kwik-fit on Leicester Street who, once I arrived, said I'd have to wait more than an hour to get seen. Instead I phoned Northwich Tyres, who fit me in straight away, found the leak, fixed it and had me on my way within 20 minutes.
Brilliant service yet again from Steve and his team would highly recommend very trustworthy garage and very efficient thanks again
