I love my new bedroom furniture that was delivered recently. The delivery men were very polite and careful with the furniture. There were 3 very small ?dings? on the dresser, so I called your store immediately to let you know. You referred me to Fred who does touch ups and he told me he will come to touch them up when he has an appointment in Spring Lake in the near future. So I will look forward to hearing from him. We have been shopping at Northwestern Home Furnishings for almost all of our furnishing needs and the quality and care to us and our needs has always been top notch. Amy has been wonderful to work with, listening to our lifestyle and helping us to pick out furnishings to fit that style but also helping with paint colors and furniture placement - she has a great eye. And the delivery crew is like no other I?ve worked with in the past, very helpful and friendly. I always recommend Northwestern to my friends to check out first!
Northwestern Home Furnishings is the only furniture store I truly enjoy going into. The home furnishings are gorgeous and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff is beyond friendly. They are willing to work with what I already have in my home to find the perfect piece of furniture or art to fit my space. While there, I never feel rushed or pressured to make up my mind. It is amazing how they can help me find exactly what I want even when I had no idea what I wanted!

Everyone was so very helpful and patient at Northwestern Home Furnishings while I was picking out furniture for a new addition to our home. They also were very understanding about holding the furniture when our addition wasn't completed when the furniture came in.
