I am in a wheelchair and I was very disappointed that I could hardly get anywhere in your store. It has three different levels so I could only get on one level and that level was so stuffed with furniture that I could not easily get around. My husband had to move tables himself so I could at least see some of your furniture. You have furniture in window displays, too, and they were also up a step or two. Very professional, very helpful. I am confident if I would have any problems or questions, they would be addressed promptly. Very satisfied with the service.
The salesperson was very helpful and anytime I called anyone I talked to was helpful. I'm more than satisfied with the furniture I purchased. My only complaint is when the delivered the sideboard they drove through my rock garden and crushed some new plants🙁
Been happy with service but now cannot climb up their stairs. No elevator--how about I stalling a chair which glides up the stairs for disabled customers.

We are sorry you choose to give us a bad review because we do not have a elevator. We have looked into it with the city but are building is 4 generations old and it just not feasible. I hope you will keep shopping with us most of the product up stairs is bedrooms and we have many bedroom downstairs also. I was very happy with my experience at Northwest Furniture. They were upfront about the covid furniture delays. I was lucky to purchase a couch off the floor and had it at my house within days. They were very helpful and friendly and served my needs well. Thank you for the great customer service. I will shop there again.
