I have had fabulous service from Northwestern Home Furnishings. In the past, I have paid about $100 per hour for assistance from a decorator and have had mediocre results. Northwestern has provided me a free in home consultation that went beyond furniture selection! Amy graciously came into my home, assessed what I have and the goals of redecorating. I am in a wheelchair and I was very disappointed that I could hardly get anywhere in your store. It has three different levels so I could only get on one level and that level was so stuffed with furniture that I could not easily get around. My husband had to move tables himself so I could at least see some of your furniture. You have furniture in window displays, too, and they were also up a step or two.
