They were very good to work with. Even w supply chain issues, when I told them a delay past a party was unacceptable, they got my order on time. The delivery people were polite and found a flaw, so they took my chair back for repair and delivered again quickly.
The service was excellent. **** the Design Consultant was so helpful and took all the time I needed to make my choices. The furniture was delivered when expected and the delivery men were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience and I have and will recommend Northwestern Furnishings.
I love this store! Most times I have to stay away because I can always find something I like! Quality staff, selection, and service! It's hard to say no!
