My sales person ****** was very helpful and knowledgeable. The guality of their furniture was exactly what I was looking for. I was very fortunate that what I wanted was in stock and was delivered quickly. The delivery personnel were great. I needed a small touch up on two kitchen chairs, they took them back and took care of them and returned them the same afternoon. I would definitely shop at Northwestern again.
We are very pleased with our furniture and overall experience. Our saleswoman was knowledgeable, knew how to help is with what we were looking for. Expectations of our delivery was set and expected. Very happy with the professionalism and product!

*** at Northwestern Furniture was great in helping us pick out furniture for our new condo. She came to our condo with samples so we could see what worked the best. They are a no pressure store which is what we liked. They carry some of the better name brands of furniture and they stand by their products. The delivery is free and the two guys who delivered our sofa and chair were very careful not to damage either the furniture or paint as they carried the furniture downstairs. We highly recommend Nothwestern Furniture!
It's been a difficult time to get things delivered under a six-month timeframe and my furniture was delivered under that. It's beautiful.
I was very pleased with the assistance I received while picking out furnishings. When it came to delivery time, the delivery staff went above and beyond expectations in respecting my home and being helpful in placement of the furnishings. They were very kind and considerate throughout the process.
Very helpful in picking out fabric and style. My biggest criteria was a tough fabric that will withstand our dog jumping on the sofa. That remains to be seen. Also, I did not receive an information booklet or any legible receipt the day of delivery. Please send me these things.
