I had forgotten about this store. But after visiting six or so other furniture stores, and leaving disappointed, I saw a billboard and gave them a try. I was not disappointed! The other stores I visited had all the same furniture. Northwestern had a great selection! I was able to speak to a representative immediately, and I didn't have to chase anyone down for help. She spent time listening to what I was looking for and helped me customize my dining set to perfectly meet my need and style. This is definitely my new go-to!
What a great experience. *** helped us find just the right table and chairs for our kitchen and dinette remodel. It was a bit complicated because we mixed companies getting the chairs from two different sources, but everything came through perfectly. It fits our spot to ****'. Delivery was exactly when promised. My parents purchased from this company when I was a girl. You can't beat a tried and true establishment.

This was exactly the place I was looking for! I really wanted to move away from the usual color options and be able to consider different furniture pieces without having to drive from one store to the next. I love the couch and chairs we ordered. The staff were always helpful and friendly and there were so many options in one store.
