Working with Northwestern home furnishings was a delightful experience, so helpful she helped me pick out what would look good from comfortable couches to a great recliner and a beautiful rug to pull it altogether and I didnt need to change my wall color! Our sales person was an interior designer and excellent. Very relaxing experience with no pressure. And the delivery guys were professional and careful.
The customer service is excellent. We like our selection of chair and ottoman that match the couch we purchased a couple years ago. We recommend shopping at their store!
