From my first visit to look at the furniture and get some ideas to the delivery and set up, my experience well exceeded my expectations. My sales associate was Jill and she was awesome! I stopped in a few times after I placed my order to borrow fabric swatches, and everyone went above and beyond to help me. Hands down, Northwestern Home Furnishings is the best furniture store that I have been to. I highly recommend!

The store personal was very helpful. I have had furniture from Northwestern in the past. I bought it 20 years ago. I finally just got some new furniture because I just wanted something different. I will go back again if I need more furniture.
We had a very good experience with Northwestern Home Furnishings. When we were first married in 1972 we bought a recliner/rocker and our daughter took it to college in 2002. Their furniture is good quality and they are very helpful to work with.
