I have shopped at this store on a couple of occasions and I love furniture and the staff is wonderful. ****** has helped me each time (never knew her before coming to the store) and she is EXCEPTIONAL. She has bent over backwards to make sure my shopping/buying experience was the very best.

I received a recommendation from a family member for Northwestern Furnishings last year.While shopping for a couch, I found a wide selection of styles and brands carried by the store.The sales personnel were very helpful in answering questions and demonstrating the features of each model that I was interested in. This establishment shows kindness and interest in making sure that your purchase meets your expectations. They took time listen to us and help direct us toward what they had offer. They took great care to deliver our purchase in a respectful timely manner. They also made sure to handle our purchase with care. Definitely would refer them to anyone.
