It was a pleasure working with Hollie. She listened well and had a good grasp on what I was looking for. She offered great ideas and options. She was patient with my decision process. In the end I was so pleased with fabric choices she suggested and am so happy with my furniture!
This is a great local furniture shop in Grand Rapids. Tana, the sales woman, was wonderful in helping me pick out a new sofa. The two men that delivered the couch were very nice and professional, and I am very happy with the end product.
The sales staff and delivery people were all friendly and easy to work with. Opportunity for improvement: One upholstered chair was delivered with multiple loose threads. A better in-store inspection prior to delivery could have avoided that and made for a superior experience.
Great customer service, quality products, delivery available
The customer service here is top notch. They are very knowledgeable with their products and offer great ideas. They are patient with their customers-I made multiple visits and phone calls and they were never annoyed. They have beautiful, quality products. I highly recommend them.
This is our third time working with Northwestern and each time they have given us personal yet professional attention.
