My wife and I recently bought a sofa and a chair from Northwestern Home Furnishings. Amy, the sales person, was friendly and easy to talk to, and helpful in a number of ways. She directed us to several sofas, and reminded us that the one we found most comfortable was available simply as a sofa rather than as a larger sectional couch. I have had. Wonnderful experience. Amy came out to my house twice to see my spaces and what I already had. She picked out many beautiful pieces. Amy is an excellent decorator. T he store has so much to choose from and things are very stylish. Amy was always friendly and helpful. Took her time with me. Other staff also friendly and kind.
