We love our bedroom furniture and were very pleased with the timely delivery. We would definitely make another purchase. The sales person was great to work with and the delivery guys did a good job setting everything up!
Hollie helped us with a recliner selection for our living room and Jill helped us select a sectional and some other pieces for our remodeled basement ?gender neutral cave.? Jill helped us with flooring and paint selections to tie it all together, despite Northwest not selling paint or flooring. We are over the moon with the results. Looks great! Delivery guys were great as well.
I buy almost all my upholstered furniture from Northwestern. The gals will help you, but let you wander if you prefer. I am always very happy, comes when they say it will, and delivered when they say they will. Highly recommend it to my friends and family.
