NW Neighbourhood is great! I’ve been going there since 2014 for my beagles, Goldie and Molly. We typically see Dr. Hook and I always feel confident about the standard of care they receive. Being a hands-on dad to medical-needs rescue beagles, I like to discuss my dogs medical issues and understand all possible treatment options in great detail. I have been going to the Northwest Neighborhood Veterinary Hospital for almost 5 years. I believe that the care that all 4 of my pets, 2 cats and 2 dogs, has been excellent. The support staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to ensure a pleasant visit for me as well as for my pets. Dr. Becky Prull is the veterinarian I use - she is absolutely wonderful. Absolutely wonderful service and care. It is clear that they love animals, and they take time to listen, get to know your pet, and handle everything professionally, promptly, with kindness and attention. My 2.5 year old cat responds really well to the vet there and seems comforted, even though it's scary for her to take vet trips. I also feel their pricing is reasonable, availability is great, and their facilities are clean and modest, not stuffy or pretentious. Dr. Prull is wonderful with our dogs and extremely knowledgeable and patient with any questions we have. She saved our shepherd mix dog's life with emergency surgery after a plastic bag was discovered in her intestines, and we are forever grateful! Erin is an excellent travel consultant and very helpful with the process of traveling or moving with a pet. We have been bringing our large and small dogs to NW Neighborhood Vet for 6 years and we highly recommend them!
This is a wonderful Veterinary Clinic, wonderful staff and so helpful!
