RecommendedThe doctors are highly skilled and really care about your pets/four legged kids. I don't pay much attention to the cost of their services, but I do pay attention to the level of care they provide to my dogs to keep them healthy and improve their quality of life. I have a K-Nine I have loved for over ten years and there life is winding down and I feel sadness and even more love for my companions because They are Angel's sent down here from Heaven to help us and watch over Us in our hardest times in our human lives! There are no words for how I feel having my Puppy well and looked after by my Vet! My only concern is my Vet cannot bring back my Dogs Youth I remember and my dog remembers too!🐕🥰🐕
My 20-year old cat recently passed on, but during the 4 years that he and I were together in Portland, he received excellent care at NW Neighborhood Vet. Dr. Hook has been caring for my three senior kitties for many years now and I have absolute confidence in the skilled, thorough, thoughtful and compassionate care she provides. Each have chronic health issues of varying complexity. Dr. Hook listens attentively and always takes the time to ensure I am well informed, educated about options and to field my questions. I very much appreciate her balanced, realistic, and supportive approach.

Thoughtful, professional, high quality veterinary care. I am a retired physician, so I possess some medical knowledge, and I am consistently impressed by the level of expertise of Dr. Shuler and the other veterinarians at NW Neighborhood. The support staff is also excellent--attentive and kind.
