We're new here with two senior rescue dachshunds. I love that they have bios on their website, which helped us choose Dr. Meghan Hook, who specializes in geriatric care. So great! I feel like she listens and understands where we are. Very happy to have found this place of care for our furry loved ones.

Dr. McCormack is wonderful!!! I took my Beagle, Lily, into Northwest Neighborhood last weekend and had a wonderful experience. She treated us with care, her full attention and a realistic plan for further action. Great experience, 5 stars!

Everyone I have interacted with has been so kind and helpful. It is always apparent how much they care for animals and nothing ever feels like it is simply a transaction. Along with whatever care they provided, they are also willing to provide information on other aspects such as good boarding and day care options, etc. My dog absolutely loves going there because he knows he will be greeted with hugs, pets, and treats of course. It was my first visit here with my newly adopted cat and I have to say, this place is amazing! The staff were so kind and friendly and the vet was great! I will definitely be taking my cat here for good!
