Really terrible experience with this company.Bought a wardrobe and is falling in bits, a bed and broke . Customer service ZERO .I would never buy anything there in my life. Person no manners no good approach to clients. And no help at all and well he said he knows how to built a wardrobe no chance , that’s why now is falling in bits , he has no idea and very unprofessional person and bad attitudes
Sent wrong furniture again and again, disappear on the delivery date, no one answers the call, bad customer service
Id give Rav and his team 10 stars if i could bought a table and chair set from here amazing quality product delivered by professionals would highly recommend amazing customer service from start to finish and look forward to many more product from here many thanks to all at Northwest Furniture
Really good experience shopping with this company. I received a phone call after enquiring about a corner sofa and everything was sorted for me within 30 mins - I’ve got a monthly direct debit set up for with mo interest ! It was delivered for us the next day - really polite and helpful team - thanks so much we love our new corner sofa bed
Absolutely awful made a £2500 purchase to cut a long story short poughe was damaged and I NEVER recieved my headboard after 6 weeks off constant messaging like a previous comment I had to go through my finance still no contact with this company again AVOID....
