My doctor, Dr. Kauffman, was great; I had some initial concerns with non-medical matters, but the office administrator, Carlos, quickly reached out to me and Ent above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I am very pleasantly surprised at how attentive and concerned Northwest ENT is at making sure their clients are happy.
Very disappointed with my visit with Dr Ingley at the Canton office. How dare she discount my symptoms and tell me that my Pcp was wrong with their diagnosis of an ear infection. She made me feel that I was lying about my ear/sinus pain and pressure. While she did order a hearing test and tympanogram, and those results were normal, the smirk on her face and unprofessional attitude, when she gave me the results was very insulting. Had sinus surgery 2 weeks ago. Dr Kaufman is an exceptional Doctor! I can breathe now. He was recommended by another doctor who take her children to him. Every visit I got in quickly. Staff was wonderful.
Still waiting to hear back regarding poor experience with Dr. Van Duesen. No sleep, can't work, helping my daughter take care of her 2 week old baby because she's in so much pain she can't function. "Just an ear infection" = green puss coming out of ear, swollen face, swollen jaw. No pain medication--no sympathy--no communication = horrible experience. I've gone past upset to angry. No one should have to suffer like this.
Just hung up after being on hold for over 10 minutes waiting to schedule an appointment. Don't waste your time messing with these clowns go elsewhere.
Exceptional Service. Dr Parikh was very personable and very professional. Would highly recommend him to all.
