My mom was a new patient in March and they overcharged her for her copay and are not responding to calls from her even after admitting their error and saying reimbursement is coming! I bet if she owed them there would be no problem getting someone on the phone!

Collected money after insurance deductible and will not refund money even after insurance company says we don’t owe the money, been going on for 3 months.

RecommendedWe’re still sitting here waiting to see a doctor. Our scheduled time was 830. It’s now 930. Chuck just got up & walked out asking where the doctor was. Oh, he got tied up in surgery & will be about 10 more minutes. When we’re they going to tell us that? We have a 1030 with his cardiologist. Thank goodness it’s in the building down the block. The lack of punctuality & communication leaves much to be desired!
If asked before Monday what I think of Northwest ENT, I would have said they are beyond the best place with a wonderful doctor named Dr. Kauffman. Of course this is Wednesday. We have placed several calls trying to get a hold of Dr. Kauffman (even DM'd him on FACEBOOK directly) because his office wants to give my daughter the run around and schedule her a new visit appointment in August (he did two surgeries on her) after she ruptured her ear drum this weekend. I went in a week ago with rapid hearing loss. I was quickly diagnosed and treated that very day. These people are AMAZING! Jeff and the whole team did an amazing job treating me! Happy to say I have regained most of my hearing, and its in the normal range! Thanks SO MUCH!
billing dept never answers or allows you to hold.. always have to wait for them to call you back creates phone-tag. They changed "systems" on 9/12/2017 and every balance on that date got transferred to the new system as a Dr visit w/a Dr Kauffman with date of service 9/12/2017. So you get a bill for a Dr you don't know on a date you didn't go to the doctor??. That's just their way of doing business!
