RecommendedI would highly recommend this ENT center. I had ear plug pieces stuck in my ear canals and Mr. D’Ambrosio (PA) was able to see me on the same day and get both of them out in just a few minutes. He was very attentive & patient.
Katie Hylton, audiologist, and Dr. Kaufmann were both exceptionally attentive to our concerns regarding my husband's hearing. Very thorough in their exams and both had excellent communication skills. Thanks for a job well done!
Pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get in to be seen by Dr. Locandro. Appointment scheduled with 24 hours of my call. Once on site, I was seen in less than 15 minutes. Dr. Locandro was personable, prompt and caring. One of my most positive encounters with a doctor and a medical office. Cheers to all of you.
Almost a year ago we were referred to Northwest ENT to see Dr. Kauffman. My husband was diagnosed with a type of oral cancer. He has been an amazing doctor throughout everything we have been through. He’s patient and compassionate with just enough humor to help my husband relax. Of all of the DRs we see (and there are a lot now) we like Dr. Kauffman the best. We highly recommend him and his staff!
I have been going to Northwest ENT for years. Dr. Kauffman is by FAR the best doctor (out of them all) I have been to. I wish he could just handle everything lol. He is patient, listens, you do not feel rushed, and can get all of your questions out. He did my tonsil surgery years ago and now I am bringing my kids to him. Wonderful doctor. (I drive from Atlanta to Canton for my appointments because it has hard to find people who genuinely care.)

I went to canton office today & saw Dr.Stringham, he was great. Very helpful & my TMJ feels much better tonight.
I had a great experience getting my allergy testing with Season the young lady performing the tests. She was so warm and friendly during the process and she went above and beyond with her helpfulness. Kudos to Season!
Fantastic experience today with Dr. Parikh. Highly recommend especially for RFA.
