I've been going to this office for over 15 years! That is how long I've been suffering with chronic sinus infections. Have had allergy tests and allergy shots with them, have a CPAP MACHINE FOR SLEEP APNEA that they referred me to sleep center. Have had three endoscopic sinus surgeries with them. I'm a reluctant returning patient almost monthly. They give me an antibiotic, I get well, and then two to three weeks later, I have another infection. I was a little reluctant to go to any ENT office,not sure why. I was referred to NW ENT by my primary physician due to reoccurring sinus infections. I'm glad I made the call and went to see Dr. Locandro. I felt at ease during my procedure as Dr. Locandro took the time to explain everything at my initial visit. I would recommend NW ENT Marietta office to everyone.
Had a issue with my wait time, very responsive and really care about the patient!!
I just had my tonsils removed on Wednesday and I can say hands down that I have never dealt with more caring and attentive doctors. They were so kind and comforting and my nerves dissipated as soon as I knew I was in such amazing hands. I would recommend this firm to absolutely anyone and everyone!
We were referred to Northwest ENT from our pediatrician. Our six-year old has always feared doctor visits and we dread taking her. One minute with Dr. Vandeusen and she was a completely different patient! He is great with children and she wishes he were her everyday doctor. He performed an adenoid and tonsillectomy and was with us every step of the way. She's not had one sick visit since- over a year now! Felt so rushed during appointment. Doctor saw both of my daughters in less than 5 minutes. Left there feeling so disappointed. Dr. did not even introduce himself. Should have threw $70 out of my car window...
