Every several months I play phone tag with this place for one to two weeks before being able to actually place the order for may allergy treatment. Then they take an entire week to process the order. I have complained about the system, and they don't care that they have poor customer service. Their poor practices mean that I have to keep this task in my mind for weeks at a time follow up repeatedly. I cannot begin to say enough about the people we have encountered, especially Dr Ingley and Vanessa, who administers allergy shots in the Marietta office. My 8 yr old first went in about 4 years ago to get his hearing tested. Since then he has had tubes in, adenoids out, and has been doing allergy shots for well over a year. Dr Ingley has always had great rapport with him and Vanessa has been so patient and sympathetic to a kid that really hates getting shots some days.
