Really don't like writing bad reviews about places but feel like I need to tell my story with this garage. They put a reconditioned engine in my car less than 5 months ago. The engine started making a noise 4 months after it had been put in. I booked it in with them then I received a call saying my car wasn't under warranty due to the fact I hadn't had an oil change within 1000 miles or within the first month. I found NW Engines through a FB group as my 2018 Ecoboost fiesta was due a timing belt replacement and I was unsure where was best to go. I am based in Chester and enquired last minute to get this complete before a long journey as it had been cancelled at a garage closer to home. I bought a reconditioned cylinder head from and couldn’t be happier. It came perfectly prepared, the service was fast and hassle-free, the staff were friendly, and the prices were excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and great service!

Be very aware of this company. not only do they lie to you about the length of time they will have your vehicle, they will unplug your dashcam without telling you and then NOT plug it back in, meaning when you later have a non fault accident, you have no footage for the insurance. I will be looking into this regarding taking legal action. The last available footage is them reversing into their garage. Why unplug it anyway?? got something to hide? VERY dodgy company indeed.
