The receptionist are amazing! Always negotiating and very flexible with appointments They make sure you get an appointment on the same day The nurses are very rude and very unhelpful Dr Morgan and Dr poku are very very nice doctors thnks to both of them
Reception is not answering the phone
The worst surgery, I've ever been registered with. Never got appointment when I needed. Minim waiting list to see the GP is always over 3 weeks for me. I'm considering moving to another surgery. Certainly not recommended.
