As a new patient I was warmly greeted. While very friendly and helpful, the assistant seemed nervous but anxious to take care of patient needs. The dentist was extremely careful and gentle. I understand why your office is very busy. I will be back.
My only comment is I normally have the 1st appointment of the day. Every time I wait until at least 5 minutes after my appointment time to get in even though I know you are starting fresh and should be on time. Since I manage a company - I know it's not the way I'd like the day to start for my clients.Once the hygenist knew I need to get things done quickly she was awesome.
Had to wait a while that wasn't good.
As alwsys - couldn't be a better experience - Northtown Dental is how all Dental Office's should be modeled - as they are the Best!
