At Northtown Dental Center I am always greeted by name. The whole team is friendly, but proffesional. My oral technician is very kind and excellent at what she does. The Dentists are thorough and explain my individual problems in a way that is easy to understand. I have been visiting Northtown Dental since 1994 and see no reason to stop.
Rather funny and laughed to tears.
I love the hygienists at the clinic. This time I had a different dentist, and I much prefer Dr. Niemitz. I am a patient that works hard at keeping my teeth in good shape. Dr. Niemetiz always compliments the efforts. This dentist seemed rather critical, and rather than reinforcing good habits, only pointed out imperfections. Perhaps it is just a difference in style.
It had been several years since I had been to the dentist. They didn't make me feel bad about it and were very kind.
Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They seem to like working with each other. I really like the new location.
