I've been coming here for some years now, and have always received friendly and excellent care.
When I scheduled the appointment for a deep cleaning (a few years since I've seen a dentist) your staff called my insurance company and told me that the procedure had been "Approved". What they significantly didn't say, was that it was approved at 80% insurance. I was disagreeably surprised when they handed me a bill as I was walking out. From my very first 6 month checkup years ago, the people at the front desk have always greeted me by name! The Dr. is very nice and seems thorough. The only less positive experience I've had was that the last hygienist didn't do a great job polishing my teeth, barely touching some of them. She wasn't one of the two regular hygienists I usually have. Also, I would prefer a non-fluoride polish.

I have been going to NT Dental for over 20 years. It is over 15 miles away, and I pass other dental offices, but I have ALWAYS been treated so well, I keep coming back. I tell anyone who fears the dentist to go see Dr. Nemetz. He gets the work done so gently...no worry about pain. The staff is so friendly. It feels like coming home.
