Very helpful, courteous and hard working staff from the office to out in the field! I wouldn't call anyone else. Our hot water heater sprung a leak there was water everywhere downstairs and since it happened over the 4th of July and we were gone it sat for a few days before we discovered it, some of the walls began to develop mold. Who knew that a Restoration company could clean our mattresses?! they we're attentive to our needs, listened and worked with us to get the results we were looking for. A neighbor called me for advice on a Sunday about supper time . Lightning hit his mobile home and broke some water lines in the wall , he was flooded out . He called his insurance company , they put him off for about a week . Now things were getting nasty in there . I called Northstar for him , within minutes on a Sunday they called him back .
