I let NorthStar into my home to replace water soaked padding under an area of carpet in a bedroom that leaked from a humidifier. I am VERY disgusted. I was NOT informed the process would take days to complete. My new padding is crunchy underneath like they forgot to remove a plastic layer. I have at least 2 dozen scrapes & nicks in my white baseboards throughout my home from their equipment. They never put all my furnishings back. And, the best one...
