Great service. We recently purchased a home and the carpets were a disaster, wasn’t sure if carpet cleaning would help at all. NorthStar did a great job and it looks almost brand new. Definitely recommend, they were flexible and overall was an easy process. Thank you for making two new home owners much happier! �
Great company and services. Always extremely professional, knowledgeable, timely and responsive!
Not impressed. I hired them to clean carpets upon sale of my house. The cleaner arrived 1/2 hour late with no explanation. Stains that were quoted to be removed were not (I got an $18 refund), and a $50 coupon for next time for the late arrival, I guess. There won't be a next time. Pet stains bled through, which was not mentioned in the quotation process. On top of that, their fees are very high -- worked out to about $150 per hour of cleaning. Wow.
