There were terrible rains in the last few weeks. We had several leaks in the recreation room in the basement. NorthStar Restoration came quickly and helped take care of the water so there wasn’t any permanent damage. Would highly recommend to anyone with damage from water or other issues to have them do the work for you. Very efficient and prompt!
Had Tim over today to do routine carpet cleaning. He was extremely polite, respectful, knowledgeable and personable!! I would highly recommend these guys! He gave me tips on cleaning, upkeep and care for my carpet (being a new homeowner, these are some valuable tips! 😊) Thanks Tim! Carpets and couch turned out beautifully. Reasonable prices, professional and reliable. I did get rescheduled due to illness but work was done the next day with a $50. Gift certificate for the inconvenience. Definitely will use this service again.
